visitations.<br />

3 rd Quarter Report: Partially Achieved. All caseworkers were trained to document parent <strong>an</strong>d child visitation efforts in the CPRS.<br />

However, as policy ch<strong>an</strong>ges occur <strong>an</strong>d/or new staff are hired, the training will have to be repeated.<br />

Please see attached CPRS Screen printout, Perm<strong>an</strong>ency 2, Item 13, which confirms that parent child visitation is properly documented<br />

in the Case Pl<strong>an</strong>. Also, see attachments, CPRS v2, Trained by County & Region -- Detail <strong>an</strong>d CPRS v2, Trained by Training date --<br />

Detail, which show that staff from all 159 Georgia counties have been trained to include parent <strong>an</strong>d child visitation arr<strong>an</strong>gements in<br />

the case pl<strong>an</strong>.<br />

4 th Quarter Report: ACHIEVED. This item is considered achieved, because the goal/measurable benchmark has been met. Please<br />

see the documentation referenced above under 3 rd Quarter Report, in the 2 nd paragraph. .The CPRS training will be repeated as policy<br />

ch<strong>an</strong>ges occur, or new staff are hired.<br />

4 th Quarter Federal Response: It appears the State has not completed the evaluation aspect <strong>of</strong> this action step. Were 100% <strong>of</strong> the<br />

staff trained? How m<strong>an</strong>y staff were trained?<br />

5 th Quarter Report: Yes, all staff was trained. Additionally, as new staff is hired, this component is also included in their training<br />

curriculum.<br />
