have a strong record <strong>of</strong> accomplishment in basic or clinical<br />

research, superior clinical credentials in pediatric orthopaedics,<br />

and a major commitment to medical student, resident, and<br />

fellow education in pediatric orthopaedics. Experience in<br />

clinical and academic program administration is required.<br />

Academic credentials should be <strong>of</strong> sufficient strength to warrant<br />

appointment as Pr<strong>of</strong>essor at Harvard Medical School. Women<br />
