Parents & Citizens Annual General Meeting (<strong>AGM</strong>)<br />
7.30pm Wednesday 20 th March <strong>2013</strong><br />
The <strong>2013</strong> Annual General Meeting of the <strong>Ascot</strong> <strong>State</strong> <strong>School</strong> P & C Association will<br />
be held on Wednesday 20 th March at 7.30pm in the <strong>School</strong> Hall.<br />
All memberships <strong>and</strong> positions of the P & C Executive <strong>and</strong> Subcommittees fall vacant<br />
<strong>and</strong> election of new Executive <strong>and</strong> Subcommittee office bearers are conducted on<br />
the night.<br />
P & C Executive<br />
All roles within the Executive are dictated by the P & C Association’s Constitution <strong>and</strong><br />
the Executive comprises:<br />
• President;<br />
• Vice President;<br />
• Treasurer; <strong>and</strong><br />
• Secretary.<br />
Subcommittees<br />
Subcommittees that contribute to the benefit of students attending the school are:<br />
• Physical Environment;<br />
• Tuckshop;<br />
• Uniform Shop;<br />
• Swim Club;<br />
• Friends of Music (FoM); <strong>and</strong><br />
• Friends of Visual Arts <strong>and</strong> Design (FoVAD)<br />
Parents <strong>and</strong> citizens wishing to nominate for an Executive or Subcommittee office<br />
bearer position are invited to:<br />
• Complete the attached Nomination Form<br />
• Lodge a completed Nomination Form at the <strong>School</strong> Administration Office by<br />
3.00pm Friday 15 th March 2011 addressed to the P&C Secretary,<br />
or<br />
• Lodge nominations on the evening of the Annual General Meeting.
