early 2007 he also watched major corporations go into survival mode, which quickly becomes
risky and treacherous to any man or woman on their payroll. Major corporations plan day and
night to remove costly employee associates from their payroll even when they don’t require the
reductions. He watched as thousands of employee associates lost their family income and
essential benefits just so quarterly profits would look better on paper.
People asked him to help, just a few at first but then by the dozens so he had to make a decision
to protect his corporate clients or lend a hand to people that needed help to feed their families
and continue to pay their mortgages. As corporate clients protected their assets their employees
were no longer in safe hands. Every associate was now in harm’s way and they were being
