Item Details
4 MATERIAL : The Overall Navy Blue shall be
manufactured from the following materials
a) Body & other components :- Drill cotton Navy
Blue
b) General stitching 7 malting of buttons and buttons
holes by machine :- Sewing Cotton 100d tex X 6
black
c) Making of Buttons and buttons holes by hand :-
Sewing Coton 165d tex/X 6 black
d) Buttons :- Buttons Plastic 16mm Black
e) Fasteners :- Plastic Slide PFasteners, Medium
Heavy Duty black with two Auto Lock slider facing
the two open ends.
(b) ---do--- 5.2 COLLAR : The overall shall be provided with one
piece fall type collar made from three layer of self
materials viz outer, under and inter lining layers.
Collar shall be finished separately and attached in
gorge with two stitching first from out side and final
from inside.
(c) ---do--- 5.3 FRONT : The front shall have a fly provided with a
plastic slide fastener medium heavy duty black in
colour, running from neck to the tack at the bottom
of fly. The slide fasteners shall be provided with two
runners/pullers, facing each end, so that the
fasteners may be operated from both the ends, the
fasteners shall be stitched in the fly keeping stitching
invisible on outside in the left fore part. The
extended tapes of upper end shall be caught in the
gorge seam and that of right hand side lower end in
the fly tack.
(d) ---do--- 5.4 BACK : Back shall be made from one piece and
provided with two darts at waist, for waist
suppression. Darts shall be placed approx. at the
centre of side seam and back centre.
(e) ---do--- 5.5 PIVOT AND SLEEVES : The sleeves shall embody
a split pivot and shall have an AIR VENT, which
shall be constructed in the under arm seam at a safe
level. The AIR VENT shall be 100mm in length
between tacks and riangular double layer self
material gusset with both perpendicular arms
measuring 40mm (finished) and cut from bias
direction shall be provided at both ends of air vent.
(f) ---do--- 5.6 LEGS : Each legs shall be made from two pieces,
both legs joined together at back seam and with the
upper at waist seam.
(g) ---do--- 5.7 POCKETS : Each Overall shall be provided with the
following pockets:-
Shoulder Pockets, Chest Pockets, Side Pockets and
Thigh Pockets
(h) ---do--- 5.8 SHOULDER STRAPS : The Overall be provided
with a shoulder strap on each shoulder. The
shoulder straps shall be made from the two pieces
of self material.
(j) ---do--- 5.9 BELT LOOPS : The Overalls shall be provided with
three metered end type loops for belt at the waist.
One each in line with the side seams and the third in
line with back seam, keeping top edge 4cm above
the top edge of waist seam.
(k) ---do--- 5.10 BUTTONS : All buttons shall be stitched on with not
less than 16 stitches of single thread or stitches
double thread.
(l) ---do--- 5.12 HANGER : A hanger made from drill cotton navy
blue measuring 1.0cmX9.0cm when finished shall
be securely attached to the back neck on the inside
at the bottom edge of the collar just above the size
