Ioan Rusu graduated a series of training courses, as follows:
- Investment Training within “Oil and Gas Personnel Training Section within the Gas Central Office,
Medias” (1989) ;
- Investment Training (1985) and Underground Pipeline Corrosion Control (1986) within the “Centre
for Oil and Gas Personnel Training – Bucharest;
- Training courses for ROMGAZ personnel in the fields of management and gas transmission
company running, SCADA and telecommunications in the gas industry – within projects for the
restructuring and developing of Romgaz, project conducted by the following companies: Arthur
Andersen and Andersen Consulting of Canada,
- Training courses organized by the Ministry of Economy and Commerce on the application of
harmonized industry and trade legislation (2000 – 2006), such as: “Specific methods and procedures
for preventing and fighting against the corruption within public institutions and companies”
Mr. Rusu’s research activity consists of:
- Participation in the drawing up of various laws such as:
o Oil Law no. 134/1995 and Building Quality Law no. 10/1995 on – inclusion of buildings
into “B” importance category, respectively highly important buildings;
o Gas Law no. 351/July 2004 ;
o GD no. 1043/July 2004 – approval of the Regulation on the access to the National Gas
Transmission System and to the Gas Distribution System;
o Decision no. 1231/September 2004 of the National Gas Regulatory Authority – The
Regulation for Appeal, Notification and Sanctioning of Deviations from the Regulations
Issued within the Gas Sector;
o Joint Order no. 47/July 2003 of the Ministry of Economy and Commerce and no.
1203/July 2003 of the Ministry of Transport, Buildings and Tourism and no. 509/August
