Sooloos Collections: Using the Mobile Controls
Opposite we see two searches in Control:PC using different partial string
targets. With care, experience and knowledge of the collection one can
quickly develop a skilll in searching.
Control:PC/MAC is useful for editing album information and managing
certain system settings. The number of
items it can show
from a search
depend on how we adjust the Window
as the example above illustrates.
Control:PC/MAC currently shows album
and track results mixed in
together and so it may be important to
consider or refine the search terms
if there are too many results. Search here (or in the iPhone/iPad) does not
enforce contiguous string matches so you can enter a term containing
parts of the target, so
e.g. entering :
“beee 132” quickly returns :
“Beethoven: Complete String Quartets: Vol. 9: No. 15, Op. 132”.
