Completing the Switch block connections
What value does the Switch block use when the relay control input is
true? The sequence of operation specifies that the fan must be on in the
eventthataEquipRmSpaceTempinputfailureexists.Useanotherconstant
block to pass the value true (on).
To complete the Switch block connections:
1. Add a Constant block to the design space between the Fail block and
the Deadband block.
2. Set the block as a binary constant with a value of ON.
3. Connect the ON constant block to the NO (normally open) port of the
Switch block (Figure 44 on page 41).
