Windscreen wipers
The windscreen wipers are operated by
turning the switch F,
Position O : wipers switched off
Position I : low wiper speed
Position II:
Position J:
high wiper speed
intermittent wipe, in this
position the windscreen
wipers make a stroke every
8 seconds.
The windscreen wipers will only operate
when the contact is switched on.
Windscreen washers
Press the ring G to operate the windscreen
washers.
Release ring G and the windscreen washers
stop and the windscreen wipers make two
strokes.
The windscreen washers only work when
the ignition is switched on.
DIM/DIP UNIT (UK VERSION)
This unit ensures that the headlight dipped
beams also light up at reduced intensity
when the side lamps are switched on.

The adjustable steering column
may only be adjusted
when the vehicle has come
to a standstill.
Mechanical steering adjustment
The position of the steering column and the
height of steering wheel are adjustable. To
adjust these, turn the side handle up. The
two adjustments (position and height) can
be made at the same time. To lock the steering
column, turn down the handle.
Pneumatic steering adjustment
The position and height of the steering
wheel are adjustable.
To adjust these, the control knob on the floor
of the bus must be depressed by foot. Both
adjustments (position and height) can be
adjusted at the same time. The steering
column can be relocked by releasing the
knob. The steering adjustment can only be
made when the doors are open.
