drivers.
- Driver and co-driver leave the vehicle.
Both take their tachograph discs with
them and complete them as necessary.
The new drivers place their tachograph
discs in the tachograph as required.
Warning lamps
Warning lamp (2) comes on when the
tachograph is not ready for use, i.e.:
- tachograph discs not inserted;
- cover not properly closed;
- the time groups switch is not switched
to rest time for the 1+2 driver tachograph
model without co-driver
- recording pen faulty.
Warning lamp (2) flashes if the working time
is not being recorded correctly.
Warning lamp (3) comes on if a certain
speed is exceeded. This speed can be set
with screw (4). The value set is shown in
display (5).

Setting the time
Adjust the timepiece with the knob (9); note
the difference between for instance 06.00
hrs and 18.00 hrs. The line on the second
disc (1) shows whether the clock is working.
The exact time on the tachograph disc can
be checked at the red point (10).

Setting the warning device for the vehicle
speed/engine speed
- The vehicle speed warning value is set
by turning the adjustment screw (4) to
the left or to the right.
The window (5) shows the new warning
value. The minimum value obtainable: 40
% of the full scale value.
- When the vehicle speed warning value
is exceeded, the vehicle speed warning
lamp (3) lights up.
- The engine speed warning value is set
by turning the adjustment screw (8) to
the left or to the right. The window (7)
shows the new warning value.
