Carlsbad, CA - The current economic turmoil has not<br />
completely elim<strong>in</strong>ated <strong>the</strong> likelihood of mergers or<br />

Mergers and acquisitions have been an attractive<br />

<strong>the</strong>ir positions <strong>in</strong> exist<strong>in</strong>g markets or branch out<br />
<strong>in</strong>to new <strong>in</strong>dustrial sectors. The chang<strong>in</strong>g economic<br />
landscape is mak<strong>in</strong>g companies more strategic <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong>ir<br />
th<strong>in</strong>k<strong>in</strong>g and more cognizant of <strong>the</strong>ir own f<strong>in</strong>ances<br />
as <strong>the</strong>y consider mak<strong>in</strong>g a purchase. At <strong>the</strong> same<br />
time, sell<strong>in</strong>g a show could become a more urgent<br />
priority for a company experienc<strong>in</strong>g cash-flow issues<br />
