Instruction for use<br />
Adults: Take 2 capsules, 3 times daily, 1 hour before meals, with 2 glasses of water.<br />
Children aged 10 and over: Take 2 capsules, 2-3 times daily, 1 hour before meals, with 2 glasses of<br />

Instruction for use<br />
Take one to two capsules one hour before each meal and three times a day. Take capsules with a<br />
minimum of one glass of water and swallow them whole. The most effective dosage may vary from<br />
person to person, ranging from one to two capsules up to the maximum dosage of six capsules,<br />
three times a day.<br />
The dosage may be increased every three days by one capsule per meal until hunger pangs have<br />
clearly been reduced and the need to snack has disappeared.<br />
Do not exceed the maximum dose. This product is not suitable for children.
