John has worked for Liberty Northwest
Insurance in Medford since 1993. He has
been involved in the workers’ compensation
field for over 25 years. His background
includes working with companies to
evaluate and assist in the development and
implementation of workplace safety and accident-prevention
programs. He emphasises
behavior-based safety programs to reduce
accident exposures. John has developed
numerous industrial training programs to
help companies reduce their incident rates.

Janis provides consultation services to local
employers regarding exercises, job-site
analyses, and job-site modifications. Some
of Janis’ accomplishments include assisting
in the development of a hand-rehabilitation
program and the establishment of the
injured worker program at Providence. She
often presents lectures on hand rehabilitation.
She received a bachelor’s degree in
occupational therapy from the University of
Puget Sound and a degree in applied physical
education from Oregon State University.
Janis is a member of the American Society
of Hand Therapists. She received her certification
from the Hand Therapy Certification
Commission in 1991.
