This session takes the mystery out of risk
factor analysis and introduces participants
to preferred work methods. Covers how
to develop and implement an effective
ergonomics program. Participants engage
in exercises in historical analysis, risk-factor
analysis, and risk-factor controls.

EAPs in managing mental-health issues
and costs
• The value of EAP clinical effectiveness
metrics to employers
