I just wanted you to know how very much I enjoy working with<br />

JoJo as a trainer. She is very disciplined and focused -- just what I<br />

I was a member of the club for one year before selecting a<br />

trainer. I watched all the trainers with their clients to determine their<br />

style. I wanted to ensure the individual I selected would be focused,<br />

committed & determined to get me where I need to be. I selected<br />

JoJo as my trainer because she focuses completely on her clients. Her<br />

attention to detail to ensure her clients are doing all the specific moves<br />

& weight training correctly -- is very important to me. Also, her<br />

Personal Training<br />

is <strong>Hockessin</strong> <strong>Athletic</strong> <strong>Club</strong>’s<br />

nutritional wellness platform. The mission is to support and inspire our<br />

members to create life-long healthy eating habits by serving as an elite<br />

example in promoting nutrition awareness and education.<br />

Values:<br />

1. Aid in making better food choices through<br />

healthy offerings in our <strong>HAC</strong> cafe.<br />

2. Support the choice to monitor caloric<br />

intake in relation to daily physical actvity.<br />

3. Learn to be a master at reading and<br />

utilizing food labels to make healthier<br />

food choices.<br />

4. Choose organic, grass-fed, and free range products when available.<br />

5. Increase intake of healthy fats and limit saturated and trans fats.<br />

6. Limit refined sugar intake and choose whole-grain options.<br />

7. Avoid the use of artificial sweeteners.<br />

8. Reduce or eliminate the consumption of processed foods.<br />

9. Choose nutrient dense foods and strive to consume a variety of foods to<br />

create a balanced diet.<br />

10. Strive to drink at least 64 oz. of water each day.<br />
