The <strong>HAC</strong> Massage Center<br />

At the <strong>HAC</strong> Massage Center, highly trained practitioners will customize a massage<br />

to address your specific needs. Whether you’re seeking relief from pain, muscle<br />

soreness, stress, or you just want to relax, <strong>HAC</strong> offers a variety of massages,<br />

The <strong>HAC</strong> Massage Center welcomes both members and non-members. Nonmembers<br />

who book an appointment may use the beautiful 109,000-square foot<br />

facility for the day - including the five pools - at no additional cost!<br />

Massage prices start as low as $50. As a welcoming gesture to first-time clients,<br />

(including non-members), <strong>HAC</strong> offers $10 off of your first massage!<br />

The <strong>HAC</strong> Massage Center is open 7 days a week. Monday-Thursday from 9:00<br />

am-10:00 pm, Friday from 9:00 am-9:00 pm, and Saturday-Sunday from 9:00 am<br />

Yoga at <strong>HAC</strong><br />

Members can choose from a variety of yoga class styles, including<br />

Mindful Yoga and Mind Body Balance in our unheated studios,<br />

Stationary Sequence in one of our heated studios, or for those<br />

looking for a more dynamic class, a heated Vinyasa class. In<br />

addition, private sessions and Brand New Beginner courses are<br />

available.<br />

This is your place to grow and be supported by skilled teachers as<br />

you learn to use the tools that help you create<br />

a richer, more vibrant and meaningful life.<br />

At <strong>HAC</strong>, I continued swimming but added yoga (vinyasa)<br />

usually twice a week mostly with Debbie Galla as something<br />

I could do with my wife. I didn't think I'd like yoga but started<br />

to see results in just a couple weeks. I now advocate yoga to<br />

all my friends. Last year I added personal training with Jo-Jo<br />

Riccardi-Goldfarb I am very pleased with the improvement<br />

I've seen. Jo-Jo and Debbie Galla not only instructed me in the<br />

proper techniques but provided encouragement when needed.<br />

My strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness continues<br />

to improve and no more problems with my feet,elbow, and lower back. My body<br />

weight is down 10%. My pant size decreased over three<br />

inches. Also, I have seen marked improvement of a<br />

shoulder blade issue that has nagged me since high<br />

school. I'm back to playing tennis everyday if I want. I've<br />

met the most wonderful people at yoga, during training, a<br />

and at the pool. Thank you for providing such a clean<br />

and safe facility with friendly, approachable staff<br />

Jo-Jo<br />

V- Vinyasa – This class takes the<br />

principles taught in the Stationary Sequence<br />

into a dynamic flow using the breath to<br />

link poses. Increase your lung capacity and<br />

mental alertness through yogic breathing<br />

while tapping into your ability to calm the<br />

body, mind, and emotions. A physically<br />

challenging and spiritually fulfilling class.<br />

Classes are on a drop-in basis with prepayment<br />

required.<br />

YB - Yoga Bootcamp – This class<br />

highlights Core based movements in four<br />

different planes of motion. You will focus<br />

on toning and strengthening from the Core<br />

and mindfully moving from that awareness.<br />

You will experience uplifting music, sound<br />

therapeutic alignment principles, and<br />

receive heart-felt inspiration. Classes are on<br />

a drop-in basis with pre-payment required.<br />

SS- Stationary Sequence - A full body<br />

sequence of postures for beginners to<br />

advanced practitioners. Postures promote<br />

strength and flexibility while fostering deeper<br />

levels of concentration. Classes are on a<br />

drop-in basis with pre-payment required.<br />

MY - Mindful Yoga – One hour, nonheated<br />

class that integrates movement and<br />

deep rhythmic breathing for a meditative<br />

approach to hatha yoga. Members only, no<br />

additional fee.<br />

MBB - Mind Body Balance – One hour,<br />

non-heated class that focuses on developing<br />

strength and flexibility for deep breathing,<br />

increased stability and a greater range of<br />

motion on and off the mat. Each movement<br />

taken in class is connected to your breath,<br />

helping to relieve stress and tension.<br />

Members only, no additional fee.<br />

BNB - Brand New Beginner Course -<br />

Teaches fundamental principles that work<br />

quickly to improve your posture, alleviate<br />

pain, and focus your mind. This eight<br />

session course will break down the correct<br />

alignment, health benefits, and modifications<br />

of our Stationary Sequence (SS) class. A<br />

great course for beginner and intermediate<br />

yoga students looking to introduce or<br />

deepen understanding of the yoga process.<br />

The four week course includes free access<br />

to SS classes, enabling you to reinforce<br />

what you learn in the BNB sessions. Preregistration<br />

and pre-payment required.
