Lift (#814L) -‐ Is a pigment free hair color base that provides increased lifting action and is designed for use with the new Ultra Light Blonde formulas provided. With a mixing system, there is no reason to carry Ultra Light Blonde Shades when they can be mixed. Mixing Lift with the proper color base in the correct portions you will be able to achieve, ULN, ULA and ULG. PURE OXI Demi-‐Permanent Liquid Developer (#870) -‐ Back by popular demand. After receiving many requests from salons, we have decided to bring back the PURE OXI Demi-‐ Permanent Liquid Developer. We have found that a more stable gel mixture is formed when mixing Scruples Gel Color Systems with the PURE OXI Demi-‐Permanent Liquid Developer rather than with PURE OXI Demi-‐Permanent Creme Developer. As we re-‐stage the Scruples Gel Color ranges, the literature indicates that PURE OXI Demi-‐Permanent Liquid Developer is the only recommended Demi-‐Permanent Developer for use with the Scruples Gel Color Systems.
