<strong>Virilization</strong>: • Is hirsutism associated with other signs of hyperandrogenism, such as increased muscle mass, clitorimegaly, temporal balding, voice deepening, and increased libido. • It can also be associated with signs of defeminization, such as decreased breast size and loss of vaginal lubrication.
