The invalidity of any provision of this Local law shall not affect the validity of any other provision of
this Local Law that can be given effect without such invalid provision.
Section 6.
This local law shall take effect upon the date of filing in the Office of the Secretary of State.

The motion being passed, the local law was enacted.
Motion by Councilor Simonetta, seconded by Councilor Andrews.
RESOLVED, that the Supervisor is hereby authorized to sign the advertisement for bids for
Contract No. 49, Consolidated Water District (water system repairs); and it is further
RESOLVED, that said bids will be opened on October 23, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at Town Hall.
