• Works directly with the Chairman of the Board, supports the activities of the Board of Trustees including coordinating Board of Trustees meetings and preparing and distributing materials in advance of meetings • Plans, coordinates, and makes logistic arrangements for events, activities, and programs • Helps schedule multi-participant meetings for the President and Chief of Staff • Assists other senior executives as needed and as time permits • Troubleshoots and resolves administrative issues • Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information REQUIREMENTS: Education, Preparation, and Training • Bachelors Degree • A minimum of 5 years’ experience required Skills • Reliability and discretion essential traits • Strong interpersonal skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills • Detail oriented • Able to multitask, prioritize tasks and work in a high pressure environment • Must be energetic and efficient • Working knowledge of Hebrew Physical Demands • Sitting for long periods of time • Able to lift at least 5 lbs. • Able to drive a car • Regular 10am to 6:30pm work schedule, but with periodic extended or alternate hours Computer Skills • Expert knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio (must show examples of each) • PC expertise required • Proficient in Internet Research Travel • Occasional travel in the New York metro area Application Procedure: August 2012 Page 2 of 3
