10 August 2011 Officer’s Declaration We certify that the attached financial statements for Tourism Victoria have been prepared in accordance with Standing Direction 4.2 of the Financial Management Act 1994, applicable Financial Reporting Directions, Australian Accounting Standards and other mandatory professional reporting requirements. We further state that, in our opinion, the information set out in the comprehensive operating statements, balance sheet, statement of changes in equity, cash flow statement and notes forming part of the financial statements, presents fairly the financial transactions during the year ended 30 June 2011 and financial position of Tourism Victoria as at 30 June 2011. We are not aware of any circumstances which would render any particulars included in the financial statements to be misleading or inaccurate.
