Wildtree Meal Freezer Meal Workshops<br />

Tired of making the same dinners over and over? Do busy nights<br />

force you to grab take-out more than you care to admit? We have the<br />

answer! Come to this Freezer Meal Workshop! Prep 7 dinners to take<br />

home, freeze and cook on busy nights to come. This is a fun, affordable<br />

way to make meal time easy, healthy and delicious. Each meal feeds 4-6<br />

adults and is completely peanut safe.<br />

Here is how it works: You first register for the program, then the<br />

instructor will contact you with a list of meats and veggies you need to<br />

bring. Once at class, you will create the meals using products provided<br />

by the instructor. You can sign up one or both menus separately.<br />

(Special Notes: Protein substitutions can be made, accommodations<br />

for most food allergies or special diets can be made, smaller or larger<br />

portions can be customized.)<br />

“Medallions” (chicken tenders), Italian Flank Steak, Hearty & Delicious<br />

Holiday Treat Workshop<br />

Kristy Manthe, local baking enthusiast, will<br />

be teaching parents and their children the art of<br />

making holidays treats. Participants will decorate<br />

cookies and make homemade caramel corn.<br />

Treats will be taken home so please bring a container<br />

to class. Everything to make the cookies<br />

and caramel corn will be provided. Please bring<br />

an apron if you wish.<br />

Stoughton Youth WreStling Club<br />

Stoughton Wrestling:<br />

Hard Work, Commitment, Perseverance<br />

and the Preservation of a tradition that<br />

has put Stoughton on the map.<br />

Stoughton wrestling club provides a unique<br />

inexpensive opportunity for boys and girls<br />

to improve their physical strength and<br />

conditioning, learn how to set personal goals<br />

and what it takes to reach those goals. Young<br />

wrestlers will gain confidence, a stronger selfesteem,<br />

and be rewarded with a sense of<br />

accomplishment. The Stoughton wrestling<br />

club offers a coaching staff second to none.<br />

With their guidance, we have developed<br />

a program that will reach all skill levels,<br />

kindergarten through eighth grade. Come be<br />

a part of a tradition that has been going strong<br />

for more than 58 years.<br />
