Installation (Fig 44)<br />

1. Park machine on a level surface, lower booms, stop<br />

engine, engage parking brake, and remove key from the<br />

ignition switch.<br />

2. Label actuator electrical leads to ease reassembly.<br />

Unplug boom actuator connector wires from machine<br />

harness.<br />

3. Support boom to prevent it from falling. Remove cotter<br />

pins and clevis pins that attach boom actuator to center<br />

and side boom.<br />

1. Position actuator to clevis attachment points on center<br />

and side booms.<br />

2. Install clevis pins and cotter pins to secure actuator<br />

to boom assembly.<br />

3. Plug actuator connector wires into machine harness.<br />

Make sure that operator switches engage correct actuator.<br />

4. Pull actuator from machine.<br />
