4. If boom valve motor assembly is to be removed:<br />

A. Unplug machine wire harness connectors from<br />

boom valve motor(s).<br />

B. Remove pressure gauge tube from boom valve<br />

motor assembly.<br />

C. Remove fasteners that secure boom valve motors<br />

to mount bracket (Fig. 22 or 23).<br />

D. Remove boom valve motor assembly from machine.<br />

5. If agitation valve motor is to be removed:<br />

A. Unplug machine wire harness connectors from<br />

agitation valve motor.<br />

B. Remove fasteners that secure agitation valve<br />

motor to mount bracket (Fig. 22 or 23).<br />

C. Remove agitation valve motor from machine.<br />

6. Remove additional spray control components as required<br />

using Figure 20 as a guide. Discard all removed<br />

O--rings and gaskets.<br />

Assembly (Fig. 20)<br />

NOTE: Coat all O--rings with vegetable oil before installation<br />

to reduce the chance of damage during assembly.<br />

1. Install spray control components using Figure 20 as<br />

a guide. Replace all removed O--rings and gaskets.<br />

2. Position removed motor assembly to mount bracket<br />

and secure with fasteners removed during disassembly<br />

(Fig. 22 or 23).<br />

3. On machines with serial number below 310000000,<br />

secure support bracket to mount bracket with two (2)<br />

flange head screws and flange nuts.<br />

4. Install hoses to correct locations on spray control assembly<br />

(Fig. 21). Secure hoses with hose clamps.<br />

5. If removed, install pressure gauge tube to boom<br />

valve motor assembly.<br />

6. Plug machine wire harness connectors to valve motor(s).<br />

7. Operate spray system and check for leaks.<br />
