Headlights<br />

Removal and Installation<br />

1. Set parking brake, turn ignition off, and remove key.<br />

2. Remove two (2) flange head screws that secure<br />

shield to machine. Position shield away from back of<br />

headlight.<br />

3. Unplug wiring harness connector from headlight<br />

bulb.<br />

NOTE: Headlight bulb can be replaced without removing<br />

headlight body. Be careful when servicing bulb. Never<br />

touch bulb with fingers – handle bulb by the base.<br />

4. To replace the headlight bulb:<br />

A. Turn the bulb approximately 1/4 turn counterclockwise<br />

and remove bulb from headlight body.<br />

B. Align bulb base with hole in headlight body. Insert<br />

bulb into headlight body and turn the bulb approximately<br />

1/4 turn clockwise.<br />

5. If headlight body or lens requires removal, remove<br />

three (3) screws that secure headlight assembly to machine.<br />

Remove headlight assembly. Install in reverse order.<br />

6. After repairs are completed, attach wiring harness<br />

connector to headlight bulb.<br />

7. Attach shield to machine with two (2) flange head<br />

screws.<br />
