Shikat<strong>an</strong>i Lacroix developed a completely new br<strong>an</strong>d identity, position<strong>in</strong>g <strong>an</strong>d<br />
st<strong>an</strong>dards for this 30,000-member org<strong>an</strong>ization. As part <strong>of</strong> <strong>an</strong> <strong>in</strong>tegrated<br />
solution, Shikat<strong>an</strong>i Lacroix designed a new responsive website optimized for<br />
multiple browsers <strong>an</strong>d mobile devices, <strong>an</strong>d developed master <strong>digital</strong> br<strong>an</strong>d<br />
st<strong>an</strong>dards <strong>an</strong>d style guides to ensure <strong>in</strong>tegrated br<strong>an</strong>d consistency across all<br />
media ch<strong>an</strong>nels. The new identity <strong>of</strong>fers a pr<strong>of</strong>essional <strong>an</strong>d credible br<strong>an</strong>d<br />
essence, serv<strong>in</strong>g its members as “The voice <strong>of</strong> food service”.<br />
Results: The new br<strong>an</strong>d, identity <strong>an</strong>d web presence ensure<br />
heightened visibility for <strong>the</strong> association, easier member retention,<br />
<strong>an</strong>d <strong>in</strong>creased <strong>in</strong>dustry impact.
