Response A driver who is reported by a physician under Section 203 of the HTA as suffering from a high risk medical condition will have their driving privileges suspended in accordance with the medical standards and regulations. A driver’s licence is reinstated when a medical report is received from a specialist or family physician indicating that the national medical standards and regulations are met.
