Cerebral aneurysm. • Aneurysms that are symptomatic and have not been surgically repaired are a definite contraindication to driving. • Following successful treatment patients may return to driving after three months. Important areas to monitor include physical abilities, cognitive abilities, changes in personality, mood etc.
