Once the proper angulation and location were confirmed,
the osteotomy was completed, ending with
the 2.8 mm/2.3 mm diameter surgical drill due to
the relatively soft bone in the area.
A 3.7 mm x 10 mm Inclusive ® Tapered Implant was
delivered to the site and advanced initially by hand with
the plastic carrier.
