The numbered wrist band awarded to an Individual to permit participation in the
Contest as either a Participant or an Alternate.
The first 100 eligible Individuals who are selected to receive a Number and who
are then invited to remain at the Restaurant during the Giveaway Period and
participate in the Contest.
Collectively, the Individuals, Winners, Participants, Alternates and Guests.
Collectively, the Grand Prize, Alternate Grand Prize and Alternate Prize.
The drawing held to determine the Winners of the 100 Participants, and if
applicable, the 10 Alternates.
The period beginning at 5:30 a.m. Local Time on the Wednesday before the
Thursday of grand opening of the Restaurant, and ending on or about 6:00 a.m.
Local Time on said Wednesday upon the awarding of the Numbers.
The Chick-fil-A First 100 Giveaway General Release and Waiver.
Sponsor and each employee, officer, director, agent and representative of
Sponsor and CFA Properties, Inc., and their respective parents, subsidiaries,
affiliates, franchised Operators, all of their respective advertising, promotion, or
fulfillment agencies, promotional partners, and all other companies, entities or
individuals associated with the development, administration, implementation, or
handling of the Giveaway.
The Chick-fil-A Restaurant that will be hosting the grand opening, including the
building, parking lot, landscape areas and all other portions of the Restaurant
property.
Collectively, Chick-fil-A, Inc., the Chick-fil-A franchised Operator hosting the
Restaurant grand opening, and their designees.
Sponsor’s numbered ticket used to enter the Raffle.
Collectively, the Participants and the Alternates.
