Lowest Priced Model Number for each Awarded Special Item Numbers(s): The #0604 at $89.48 per case is the lowest priced product for SIN 426-4J The #0503 & #0504 at $6.40 per unit are the lowest priced products for SIN 465-22 1c. If the Contractor is proposing hourly rates, a description of all corresponding commercial job titles, experience, functional responsibility and education for those types of employees or subcontractors who will perform services shall be provided. Not applicable 2. MAXIMUM ORDER GUIDELINE: $100,000 per SIN 465-22 $200,000 per SIN 426-4J This maximum order is a dollar amount at which it is suggested that the ordering agency request higher discounts from the contractor before issuing the order. The contractor may: 1) Offer a new lower price, 2) Offer the lowest price available under the contract, or 3) Decline the order within five (5) days. In accordance with the Maximum Order provisions contained in the Schedule, a delivery order may be placed against the Schedule contract even though it exceeds the maximum order. 3. MINIMUM ORDER LIMITATION: $50.00 and all orders must be in case quantities. 4. GEOGRAPHIC COVERAGE: 50 United States, Washington DC, and U.S. Territories 5. WARRANTY ADDRESS: LIMITED WARRANTY IMPORTANT NOTICE TO PURCHASER This limited warranty is made in lieu of the warranties of merchantability, fitness for particular purposes and all other warranties, express or implied. There are no other warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. The physical standards and specifications of Moldex will be met by products sold. Exclusive Remedies: damages for the breach of this limited warranty are limited to the replacement of such quantity of Moldex products proved to be defectively manufactured. Except as provided above, Moldex shall not be liable or responsible for any loss, damage, or liability, direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential, arising out of sale, use, or misuse, or the inability to use products by the user. 16.
