2. MAXIMUM ORDER GUIDELINE: $100,000 per SIN 465-22
$200,000 per SIN 426-4J
This maximum order is a dollar amount at which it is suggested that the ordering agency
request higher discounts from the contractor before issuing the order. The contractor may:
1) Offer a new lower price, 2) Offer the lowest price available under the contract, or 3) Decline
the order within five (5) days. In accordance with the Maximum Order provisions contained in
the Schedule, a delivery order may be placed against the Schedule contract even though it
exceeds the maximum order.
3. MINIMUM ORDER LIMITATION: $50.00 and all orders must be in case quantities.
4. GEOGRAPHIC COVERAGE: 50 United States, Washington DC, and
U.S. Territories
5. POINTS OF PRODUCTION: Culver City, CA, Los Angeles County, USA and
Seoul, South Korea
6. BASIC DISCOUNT: Prices shown herein are net to the Government,
discounts have already been deducted.
7. QUANTITY DISCOUNTS: Quantity discounts are available. (See Spreadsheet)
8. PROMPT PAYMENT TERMS: Net 30
