SilverSneakers ®<br />
SILVERSplash<br />
Activate your aqua exercise urge for variety!<br />
SilverSplash <strong>of</strong>fers LOTS <strong>of</strong> fun and shallow<br />
water moves to improve agility, flexibility,<br />
and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming<br />
ability is required, and a special SilverSneakers<br />
kickboard is used to develop strength, balance,<br />
and coordination.<br />

STRETCH & TONE<br />
Exercisers are designed to increase flexibility<br />
and range <strong>of</strong> motion while decreasing stiffness<br />
in joints. Designed for those with arthritis and<br />
other rehabilitation needs. The range <strong>of</strong> motion<br />
is nonstressful and a good way to improve the<br />
quality <strong>of</strong> your everyday life. Registration is<br />
required.<br />

with American Red<br />
Cross First Aid, CPR,<br />
and Automated External<br />
Defibrillator (AED) Courses<br />
Whether you work with children or simply<br />
want to know how to help someone in an<br />
emergency, these certification programs<br />
are for you. American Red Cross First Aid,<br />
CPR, and AED programs are designed to<br />
give you the confidence to respond in an<br />
emergency situation with skills that can save<br />
a life. Additional training in administering<br />
emergency oxygen is also <strong>of</strong>fered. All<br />
certifications are valid for 2 years.<br />
