The Olive Oil Award in the day-lit hall 4A
Dear Sir or Madam,
The Olive Oil Bar at BioFach 2008 is more attractive than ever. Now you can enter your olive oils for the first BioFach Olive Oil
Award, whose winners are chosen by the visitors at the exhibition.
We also offer you the possibility of an attractive stand in the day-lit hall 4A. Here you profit from the overall experience created by
the combination of olive oils with the trend topic wine and enhanced by an exciting tasting programme.

Participation in the Olive Oil Bar inclusive Olive Oil Award costs EUR 80 net per olive oil. We need 5 bottles of each oil registered
for presentation and tasting purposes. All exhibitors at BioFach 2008 are eligible to participate.

hall 4A
The following options are available for participation in hall 4A:
1. Individual presentations
Each price includes the following: Complete stand with

1. Conditions for participation in hall 4A
All participation is subject to the General and Special
Conditions for Participation and the Admission Criteria
for BioFach 2008!
Conditions for individual presentations on Olio
stands
For participation with an Olio stand in the hall 4A, you
must also submit forms O1, A, C, E, F1 and the applicable
certificates for each of your products.
The entry of your company in the catalogue is compulsory.
The fee of EUR 105 + VAT is charged instead of
the fee for the communication package and is for an
exhibitor with a Vine stand in the organic wine hall. The
complete communication package (see Special Conditions
for Participation in BioFach 2008) can be ordered
if desired for EUR 365 + VAT.
1.1 Individual presentation on Olio 1 stand
The offer price of EUR 1,475 + VAT includes the hire of
a stand space of 6 m² and stand (incl. shelf unit with 2
shelves in wall module, graphic at the top of the wall
module, power supply, table with 2 chairs, counter,
option of lockable cupboard or refrigerator below
counter, stand cleaning, carpet)
Inclusive presentation of 2 olive oils in the Olive Oil Bar
1.2 Individual presentation on Olio 2 stand
The offer price of EUR 1,850 + VAT includes the hire of
a stand space of 9 m² and stand (incl. shelf unit with 2
shelves in wall module, graphic at the top of the wall
module, power supply, table with 2 chairs, counter,
option of lockable cupboard or refrigerator below
counter, stand cleaning, carpet)

2. Conditions for participation with an individually
designed stand in hall 4A
The prices and conditions of the General and Special
Conditions for Participation in BioFach 2008 apply. You
must submit Forms O1, A (for direct exhibitor) and/or B
(for co-exhibitors), C, E, F1 and the applicable certificates
for each of your products. Please state “hall 4” as
desired position on Form A.
3. Conditions for participation in the Olive Oil Bar
inclusive Olive Oil Award
3.1 Admission criteria
The oils must be available on the market and originate
from certified organic cultivation or in the process of
conversion. Proof required! The oils must be bottled
before the exhibition. There is no limit to the number of
oils that can be entered by each exhibitor. The award is
only presented to the producer. The merchant can enter
for the award and use it for promotion purposes.
3.2 Application and entry fee
The application deadline is 25.01.2008. You must submit
Forms O1 and O2 and the applicable certificates
for each of your products. Applications are only valid if
the organizer receives all the completed forms. The
entry fee is EUR 80 + VAT per olive oil entered.
3.3 Delivery of wines to BioFach exhibition in February
5 bottles of each oil entered are required for tasting for
the Olive Oil Award and must be received at the following
delivery address by not later than 15.02.2008. Oils
not delivered, delivered late, lost in the post or deliveries
with no reference to the purpose of use have no
right to admission. A refund of the admission fees is not
possible.

must always be marked on the package!
Entries from non-EU countries: The packages must
be marked “free samples for tasting” for customs purposes.
The value must be stated as “less than EUR 20”
for tax purposes.
3.4 Presentation of award
The awards for the winning oils will be presented on
Saturday, 23 February 2008 live at the fair. Documents
will assign in three categories. The winners will be released
on the BioFach website.
