Transfer ticket
A major problem in mental healthcare is the lack of
knowledge and sense of continuation in the treatment
process. Patients often see the future of their treatment
as an uncertain “black hole”. The solution to this problem
is the transfer ticket, which uses a train ticket and
the idea of a voyage as a positive and practical metaphor.
The travel ticket details the next appointment for
the patient, including all relevant information such as
the date and time, the doctor they will be seeing, and
even instructions on how to get to the clinic by public
transport.
