Speed Feed Back Smooth Filter<br />

When there is system abnormal vibration or noise, Set Cn032 (speed feed back smoothing filter)<br />

to restrain vibration or noise. Addition of this filter will delay the speed response of servo system.<br />

5-4 Position mode<br />

Position control mode is used for high-precision applications on machinery such as machine tools.<br />

The Position control mode offers two methods of control.<br />

External pulse input position <strong>com</strong>mand<br />

Internal position <strong>com</strong>mand.<br />

In external pulse <strong>com</strong>mand input mode, the positioning <strong>com</strong>mand is signaled to the drive by a host Controller<br />

to achieve a fixed position.<br />

In internal position <strong>com</strong>mand mode, 16 preset position <strong>com</strong>mands can be set by parameters<br />

(Pn317~Pn364),<br />

and can be activated by use of input contacts POS1 ~ POS4.<br />

Set parameter Cn001 (control mode selection) as required according to the table below.<br />
