Onondaga Tower Garage is located on South Warren<br />

Street between the Marine Midland and Blue<br />

Cross/Blue Shield buildings. In 1970, a long-term<br />

agreement was signed, whereby the <strong>City</strong> collects a flat<br />

fee from the operator. This lease ended 5/1/<strong>2013</strong>.<br />

revenues represent what is expected to be collected<br />

less the cost <strong>of</strong> operation <strong>of</strong> this facility.<br />

01.1731 WASHINGTON STREET PARKING GARAGE: Revenues derived from the Washington Street Parking Garage are credited to the General<br />

Fund with the sale <strong>of</strong> the garage from the <strong>Syracuse</strong> Industrial Development Agency to the <strong>City</strong> in the fall <strong>of</strong> 1993. The sale is a component <strong>of</strong> the<br />

refinancing <strong>of</strong> the S.I.D.A. bond issues. The result <strong>of</strong> this refinancing is a substantial saving <strong>of</strong> debt service expenses for the remaining years <strong>of</strong><br />

financial obligation. Revenues represent parking fees collected at the parking garage, located on Washington Street between West and Franklin<br />

streets, less the fee paid by the <strong>City</strong> to the operator.<br />

01.1732 ARMORY SQUARE GARAGE: These revenues represent parking fees collected at the parking garage located in the Armory Square<br />

Historic District.
