On M25A1 mask, grasp helmet(1) inside next to earcups. Spread your hands to flex helmet(1) open. Put helmet (1) over your head and tilt forward so that helmet first touches part of facepiece resting on your forehead. Lower helmet (1) back and down over your head until it is seated in position. Carefully slide your hands out so that seal between your face and facepiece is not broken. 2-90
