Premises / Building with a carpet area not exceeding 80-100 sft. on the Ground Floor,
suitable from security angle for housing the ATM
The ready built premises / building to be constructed shall possess all basic amenities,
permission for commercial use, occupancy certificate, approved plan, frontage of at least
7-10 feet, with 10KVA power connection and lease tenure of 20 Years .
Further, the owner shall construct a Strong Room at his cost with the required dimensions,
which shall strictly conform to the specifications of the RBI and the Bank.
Interested parties having clean title to the property may send in their offer in a sealed
envelope superscribed as “Bid for Bank premises for ATM ” ------------(Location) containing
two sealed envelopes – one for “Technical Bid” and another for “Financial Bid”). The
Technical Bid should contain structural details, dimensions, locational details, sketch plan,
carpet area, amenities available etc. The Financial Bid shall mention the rate of rent
expected inclusive of all taxes per square feet of net carpet area, loan required, if any, etc.
Format for Technical Bid and Financial Bid are also available at the above mentioned
address of our Regional Office Chandigarh upto 3.00.p.m on 25-01-2014
Incomplete offers will be rejected. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject, any or
all the offers, without assigning any reason whatsoever and no correspondence will be
entertained in this regard. No brokerage shall be paid. The offer shall reach our RO by
25-01-2014
