suitable from security angle for housing the ATM<br />

The ready built premises / building to be constructed shall possess all basic amenities,<br />

permission for commercial use, occupancy certificate, approved plan, frontage of at least<br />

7-10 feet, with 10KVA power connection and lease tenure of 20 Years .<br />

Further, the owner shall construct a Strong Room at his cost with the required dimensions,<br />

which shall strictly conform to the specifications of the RBI and the <strong>Bank</strong>.<br />

Interested parties having clean title to the property may send in their offer in a sealed<br />

envelope superscribed as “Bid for <strong>Bank</strong> premises for ATM ” ------------(Location) containing<br />

two sealed envelopes – one for “Technical Bid” and another for “Financial Bid”). The<br />

Technical Bid should contain structural details, dimensions, locational details, sketch plan,<br />

carpet area, amenities available etc. The Financial Bid shall mention the rate of rent<br />

expected inclusive of all taxes per square feet of net carpet area, loan required, if any, etc.<br />

Format for Technical Bid and Financial Bid are also available at the above mentioned<br />

address of our Regional Office Chandigarh upto 3.00.p.m on 25-01-2014<br />

Incomplete offers will be rejected. The <strong>Bank</strong> reserves the right to accept or reject, any or<br />

all the offers, without assigning any reason whatsoever and no correspondence will be<br />

entertained in this regard. No brokerage shall be paid. The offer shall reach our RO by<br />
