PERMIT PROVISIONS<br />

A. It is understood that the above named group or individual will abide by all regulations and restrictions applicable to <strong>Little</strong><br />

<strong>Rock</strong> <strong>District</strong> Recreational Areas (copy enclosed) and that they will be responsible for cleanup of the area during and after the<br />

period occupied. It is the responsibility of each camper to see that all waste (trash, garbage, human, and animal) is removed<br />

from the Project prior to departure.<br />

B. It is understood that this area is made available on a “use at your own risk” basis. The <strong>Little</strong> <strong>Rock</strong> <strong>District</strong> will not be held<br />

liable for personal injuries, or loss of or damage to private property.<br />

C. It is understood that the “Responsible Party” will be held accountable for that camping area.<br />

D. All campers associated with group camps will have to leave the area on the departure date.<br />

E. All fires will be confined to a designated area for this purpose. Care will be exercised in building and extinguishing fires to<br />

prevent damage to trees and vegetation and to prevent forest and grass fires.<br />

F. The installation of any permanent facility is prohibited.<br />

G. The permittee will not cut any trees, dig any holes, or remove any natural vegetation or other materials from the areas.<br />

Firewood may be collected from fallen trees only.<br />

H. ALL camping units (trailers, motor homes, etc.), must be properly licensed with license displayed on the camping unit at ALL<br />

times while set up on project lands. Failure to comply with this provision may result in the removal of the camp unit<br />

(impoundment) at the owner’s expense or receiving a citation and directed to leave the project.<br />

I. <strong>Primitive</strong> <strong>Camping</strong> <strong>Permit</strong>s will be issued for a MAXIMUM of 28 days per primitive camping area. At that time, both the<br />

camp unit and the camper must move either to another primitive camping area, a campground or off the project. The<br />

camper and camp unit may return to the previous camp spot after 7 days.<br />

J. Extensions are granted with the provision that it can be revoked by the Lake Manager at any time it is deemed necessary for<br />

proper management of the park and facilities.
