MICRO-HITE 3D
REMOTE CONTROL
Featuring three motors fully integrated and controlled with
a joystick, this remote version allows fine positioning to the
micron when checking small parts with complex geometry.
In manual mode, the machine permits high-speed displacement
in the three X, Y and Z coordinate directions. Equipped
with both TESASTAR-i and the REFLEX application software.
Main Features
• Motorized displacement in the three axes X/Y/Z at a
selectable speed of 1 µm/step, .39 in/sec. or .79 in/sec.
• Manual displacement in the three coordinate axes
at the max. speed of 30 in/sec.
• Fine adjust device.
• TESASTAR-i probe head, indexable.
• TESA-REFLEX software learned in a few hours.
• Joystick with integrated ZMouse.

coupling thread, especially:
– every TESASTAR-mp for quick
swapping of the probe modules;
– the Tesastar-rp for measuring
applications requiring the use
of long styli up to 100 mm;
– the probe extension with
a length 50 mm.
