the organisation is to represent the students in the common
context of their relationship with Swinburne and the Union -
as students, and in their education. The second focus of the
Union is to provide services, for the students within the
representation and a core of professional staff working
together, developing policy and precedent through careful
implementation. Policy developed and decisions implemented
are mindful of current and future students. Incorporation has
breathed life in perpetuity into this organisation, which has
become increasingly effective by the year in servicing the
students.
