Pr<strong>of</strong>essional recognition<br />
Students completing the Associate Diploma <strong>of</strong><br />
Business (Accounting) may be eligible for membership in<br />
the National Institute <strong>of</strong> Accountants.<br />
Students who have succesfully completed the<br />
taxation subjects as part <strong>of</strong> their diploma will be eligible<br />
for registration with the Tax Agents Board <strong>of</strong> Victoria.<br />
Entry requirements<br />
This course is post Year 12 or mature-age entry level.<br />
Course availability and duration<br />
The course may be undertaken by two years <strong>of</strong> fulltime<br />
study or approximately five years <strong>of</strong> part-time study.<br />
Part-time study is normally conducted on an evening<br />
basis. However, some subjects are available as day-release.<br />
Subjects must be completed in the correct seauence<br />
and'prerequisites met: variations must be approved by<br />
course coordinators or heads <strong>of</strong> department.<br />
