NMTS4.06 Fire Investigation (Legal Procedures)<br />

The purpose <strong>of</strong> this module is to provide the participants<br />

with the knowledge and skills to be a competent witness in<br />

coronial, civil and criminal course proceedings relating to<br />

The purpose <strong>of</strong> this module is to develop a basic<br />

understanding and knowledge <strong>of</strong> the law as it relates to the<br />

provision <strong>of</strong> fire services.<br />
