Content<br />
This subject is a continuation of AJ420. It continues training<br />
in grammar, writing, reading, conversion and listening<br />
comprehension. Variety of audio visual materials are used<br />
to supplement the written texts, Cassette tapes for each<br />
lesson can be purchased. In addition to the language<br />
component a series of seminars on Japanese society are<br />
included in the coursework. The language component is<br />
assessed by regular tests and assignments and all students<br />
must present a seminar paper or write a research essay for<br />
assessment of the society component.<br />
