There is one application form for admission to Memorial
University of Newfoundland, regardless of the campus
you choose.

CANADIAN STUDENTS
If you are applying from a Canadian high school you
must complete the Grade 12 university preparatory
program (for Quebec students, the Secondary V
Certificate) with a passing grade in appropriate
academic or advanced level courses in each of the
following subjects: English, mathematics, a laboratory
science, a social science, or modern or classical
language, and an elective (see page 47). You must have
an overall average of 70 per cent within the Grade 12
subject areas noted above. If you are missing any of
these requirements, or have any questions please
contact the Registrar’s Office at info@grenfell.mun.ca.
Some specific programs may have additional
requirements. Further admission details and an
application for admission available at

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
If you are an international student, you must be a
graduate of a recognized university preparatory
program with acceptable senior year level courses in
English, mathematics, laboratory science, social science
or modern or classical language, an academic elective
and satisfy the university’s English language proficiency
requirements. Forms of English proficiency, admission
details and an application for admission are available
at www.grenfell.mun.ca/prostudent/international.
