have been involved with research on <strong>Sulphur</strong> <strong>Springs</strong> and the Lower Hillsborough River<br />

in cooperation with the Southwest Florida Water Management District. Keith Hackett<br />

and Ray Pribble <strong>of</strong> Janicki Environmental, Inc. per<strong>for</strong>med the thermal modeling<br />

simulations presented in this report. David Wade <strong>of</strong> Janicki Environmental generated<br />

graphics associated with the evaluation <strong>of</strong> flow experiments presented in Chapter Five.<br />

Gary Warren <strong>of</strong> the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission supervised the<br />

collection and identification <strong>of</strong> benthic macroinvertebrates in the spring run and provided<br />

Lower Hillsborough River collected as part <strong>of</strong> the Hydrobiological Monitoring Program<br />
