• making us train <strong>to</strong>o easy/long/short/heavy/etc.<br />

• not having enough flexibility.<br />

• not knowing how <strong>to</strong> <strong>swim</strong> all 5 strokes.<br />

• not having <strong>the</strong> right level in kicking.<br />

• not being able <strong>to</strong> <strong>swim</strong> <strong>the</strong> middle distance or distance events.<br />
