The successful candidate will have a BSME, a minimum of 2-5 years experience in technical sales support, and proven experience analyzing and rating of worm, helical, spur, and bevel gearing for industrial power transmission. Responsibilities include developing and delivering quotations, providing proposals and supporting sales of a wide range of geared power transmission products to customers worldwide. Manage Engineering Department and Staff. Minimum (10) years experience supervising the design of gears and enclosed drives for industrial applications. BS in Mechanical Engineering. Design Engineer (2010-115) Perform engineering calculations of stress, strength, deflections, and critical speeds for new or redesigned product line. Analyze and verify calculations prepared by other draftsmen. Minimum (5) years of design experience in mechanical power transmission. B.S. degree in mechanical engineering or (10) years experience in the design of gearing and reducers. Program Manager (2010-111) Ensure that the right product is developed to meet or exceed Company’s quality standard and is delivered to customers expectations. Minimum (5) years of program management experience in precision manufacturing / mechanical power transmission. Bachelors Degree or equivalent in a technical, business, or financial discipline, MBA preferred. Sales Manager – Industrial (2010-113) Manage the sales of loose gears and gearboxes for industrial non-wind applications. Minimum (5) years of sales experience in precision manufacturing / mechanical power transmission. Undergraduate degree in engineering or technical discipline, or equivalent experience. Quality Director (2010-116) Manage and drive the total quality product and management system for the Company, including ISO-9001. Minimum (10) years of Quality management experience in a precision manufacturing and/or aerospace environment.
