8.2 Device Check<br />
Device check is supported in the Device Check panel (supported only for devices which use the SiRiS protocol).<br />
If the Device Check tab is not on the tab panel, go to the System menu, click New Tab and Device Check.<br />
The Client program automatically displays the device check results when the Device Check tab is added.<br />
1 Summary List: Displays the device check status of all devices registered on the administration service<br />
in summary.<br />
− Total: Displays the number of devices registered on the administration service.<br />
− Problem: Displays the number of devices where a problem is detected.<br />
− Unreachable: Displays the number of devices that are not connected.<br />
− Healthy: Displays the number of devices where no problem is detected.<br />
2 Detailed List: Displays the status of each device in detail.<br />
− Status: Displays the status (Healthy: No Problem detected; Problem: Video loss event is detected,<br />
alarm in device error or recording error; Unreachable: The device is not connected).<br />
− Problem: Displays details regarding the problem.<br />
− Group: Displays the list of device groups that the device is registered on.<br />
− Site: Displays the device name.<br />
− Address: Displays the IP address of the device.<br />
− Version: Displays the system version information.<br />
− Cameras: Displays the status of cameras that are enabled in the device.<br />
− Alarm In: Displays the status of alarm-in devices that are enabled in the device.<br />
− Recording: Displays the recording status.<br />
− Recording Check: Displays the recording check status.<br />
− Rec. From/To: Displays the recording period.<br />
